The market is very hot, the inventory still low and almost on every listing, there are multiple offers, that makes the sales price to increase due to the bidding war.

Average Sold Price $695,762, house with 4 bedrooms, 2 baths, 1,893 sq ft, 9,862 sq ft lot and 25 days on the market.
Highest Sold Price $1,285,000, house with 5 bedrooms, 3 baths, 3,400 sq ft, 21,185 sq ft lot and 189 days on the market.
Interest Rates
The Fha interest rate is at 4.5%, Va and Conventional loans are at 4.625%, all of them are fixed for 30 years.
